- Dr. Stevens
CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Dr. Stevens is happy to be back to his roots in Dane County and caring for Madison area canines at City Dog Vet. And we are thrilled to have his friendly face and the wide spectrum of experience he has brought along. After graduating from the University of WI School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014, Dr. Stevens practiced in Littleton, Colorado. He gained valuable skills in the areas he has been passionate about including orthopedic surgeries, general and laparoscopic soft tissue surgeries, and primary care. He takes pride in having helped develop a low-cost fracture repair program for the local underserved population which resulted in the completion of over 60 fracture repairs in a period of 2 years. In 2019, Dr. Stevens returned to WI to continue his career in the Madison area. He’s been a long-term member of the Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. He loves building relationships with clients and taking time to discuss overall wellness, preventative care and management of chronic conditions. He continues to offer a wide spectrum of general and orthopedic surgeries including fracture repair, extracapsular CCL repair, patella surgery, FHO, and TPLO surgeries for our City Dogs. |
